Public Sector Procurement Directory

The Public Sector Procurement Directory is an online, searchable database of provincial public sector purchasing representatives. It has been established to help Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) firms explore opportunities to sell their goods and services to the public sector, and help purchasing representatives identify sources of supply.

Whether you are a business, purchasing representative, or an individual interested in learning more about supply opportunities in the public sector, this directory offers many benefits, including:

  • Online contact information for buyers in government departments and agencies, crown corporations, academic institutions, health care boards, school boards and municipalities
  • An opportunity for NL businesses to market their products and services
  • Online access for public sector users to update their information
  • Enhanced peer consultation for buyers within the public sector.

Search for a Public Sector Purchasing Representative

Add a Purchasing Contact (New Public Sector User)

  • Call the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development at (709)729-4578 or email procurementdirectory@gov.nl.ca to become a registered user.

Add/Update a Purchasing Contact (Existing Public Sector User)

  • Login to the Directory, using the URL provided, and enter your Username and Password.
  • Add a new purchasing contact or edit an existing contact.
